Administrative Pattern

    We have the pleasure to introduce ourselves for imparting Vocational Courses to Girls  & Boys at Various districts of India. Thousands of studentd are being trained through Practical & Theoretical knowledge every year. In which about 80% of the students have already been got the job In modern times the importance of has got a significant role in national building. Keeping in view the factor, we are making our all possible efforts by imparting this training to make students independent, which is also a basic need in this modern time Advance Information In Early Childhood Care & Education is the first organisation to develop the Teacher's training & other Vocational Courses of all the system available in the Country. The Socity has developed its training programme and national application for the progress of the introduction of the programme can be done in 

    The following steps :

A) Planning of the programme

B) Implementation of the programme

C) Supervision of the programme

D) Monitoring of the programme

E) Corrective action

 

A) Planning of Programme

    A well planned Educational programme is needed for the service of community.

    The planning must have following criteria

i. It must be meaningful.

ii. It must have useful contents.

iii. It should be easy, cheap, acceptable and implementable.

iv. It must be beneficial to mass, in the form of reliefs of sufferings.

v. It must be self-employment oriented.

vi. The plan must be in feavour of traditional system of the area zone or country.

vii. The plan must be flexible, having provisions for addition and subtraction ofpoints.

      Once the planning has been properly framed, it can be implemented for the benefit to teachers training in all over India.

 

    B) Implementation of the Programme

    Once the programme has been planned properly the next step is its effective implementation.

    This nation wide educational programme can be implemented by privatization :-

i. By semi Government provision.

ii. By privatization.

 

1) By semi Government provision :

The programme shell be partly helped by the Government and partly by its own developed resources and should be managed in such a way that Government must have its upper hand on the programme. The Society will be supported by the government. The government will implement the programme  on the criteria of Semi-Government provision with little alteration. The site brief features of this type of implementation are :-

a) It will be partly supported by Government.

b) The teachers will be employed by the society under permission and intimation to the Government.

c) The Society will prepare its needs (Employees, building and equipment etc.) and will submit the demand to the Government, and the Government will accord their sanction and will make The necessary arrangement for fulfillment of the requirements.

d) Government will accept the programme of teacher training.

e) The programme of Teachers & Vocational training will be arranged by the Society.

f) The Government will recognise such students for the service, who passed the teachers training.

g) At least 60% institution and its part will be developed by the Government and remaining parts will be developed and managed by the Society.

 

2) By Privatization :

This is another way for implementing Education Programme in any country. There are many private institution of Teachers & Vocational training in India whose performences are better than the government institutions and the government admits these facts also in India, the National Council of Teachers Education, New Delhi is also making their mind to develop such programmes privately due to some of the following few reasons :-

a) Lack of funds with the government.

b) Presence of union/politics in the institutions leading to less constructive and more destructive activities.

c) Lack of confidence in the government programme by the people.

d) Developing indiscipline and other social stigmas.

 

    Features of Privatization

        following are the main features of privatization :-

         1) The Society should be registered by the government.

         2) The total management and development of such programme should be made by the society.

         3) Each institution will develop its own source of income (Through prescribed Fee, Charity etc.) for development.

 

C) SUPERVISION OF THE PROGRAMME

Supervision is the most important step after implementation for its proper success.

The result of efforts will be assessed, and if there is any lacking at any level or any requirement at any level, will be deleted or added in the programme to get more better results. The activities of Nursery Teachers Training Programme (N.T.T.P) will be supervisied at three levels :-

[1] At Higher Level

         (a) By the National Government through the society

         (b) By Special Director General, Research and National Programme.

 

[2] At Lower Level

         (a) By Zonal Directors,

         (b) By Directors,

         (c) By any officials from higher level with co operation and co-ordination of the lower level.

[3] Supervision 

         (a) Proper Teacher & Other of various system.

         (b) Development of own natural resources and traditional systems.

         (c) Welfare and benefit of Poor Students.

 

D) MONITORING OF THE PROGRAMME

    Proper monitoring of any programme is the sky to success of the programme.

    The monitoring is based on Frequency of Monitoring. Duration of Monitoring, Quality of     Personnel, involved for Monitoring.

    The Monitoring is such a point, where both faces of programme supervision, and corrective     action is based on the suggested pattern of monitoring by the society are :

    Quarterly. Half Yearly. Annually.

    In all cases, the dicision should be made immediately, and a corrective action to be taken as     soon as possible by an appropriate authority of the Society. 

 

E) CORRECTIVE ACTION

        Any steps found unsuitable or unfavorable should be rejected, and a necessary suitable and favorable step should be added through proper channels. Any suggestion in regards to development of the programme, in the interest of Vocational Training, in all over India, is always welcomed.

 

i. Immediate Corrective Action :

 Is an action taken on spot of supervision by supervising authority under intimation to the 

society.

ii. Delayed Corrective Action :

 This type of action is taken after proper monitoring and discussion at Higher level. It takes time to come at the level of implementation, but should be within four weeks of supervision.
